What Attractions are Worth Seeing? If you are looking to spend a day filled with exciting San Diego attractions, take a trip to Balboa Park. Home to museums, theaters, both botanical and Japanese gardens, and more, this is an area that you won’t want to miss. Interested in a little more adventure? Take part in a day of whale watching and witness the ocean’s beautiful creatures while taking in the gorgeous San Diego views at sea. Bring a picnic to enjoy on the large grassy area near the beach. Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are connected by beautiful four miles of sandy beaches, making it great for long strolls along the water. It is located next to a boardwalk with a wide array of restaurants and bars which allows you to grab a quick bite and drink. Coronado beach by Hotel Del Coronado is also very romantic as you can see the beautiful lights of the hotel and the lights glimmering from Mexico. 

What Relaxing Activities Are There to Do? One of the most relaxing things you can do in San Diego is to lay on the beach and watch the sunsets. With so many beaches to choose from, you can try a new one out every night! Or, take a hike along one of the many trails. Torrey Pines State Reserve and or Black Mountain Open Space Park are popular.
